As part of the institution's strategic plan, a 200-bed residential hall has been built, enabling students to live and pursue their chosen field of study on campus.   Description Position purpose Vaughn College is seeking an adjunct faculty member to teach an online introductory cybersecurity class.   Major Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks To provide online instruction cybersecurity Ability to provide course assessment materials as required   **Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   Education and/or Experience Requirements A minimum of a Master’s degree in cybersecurity or a related field and at least two years of experience in the field of cybersecurity   Professional Skills To be able to work remotely with the Vaughn campus staff to provide a productive and effective learning experience for students   Work environment and physical functions This is an online teaching position   Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt   Salary The compensation rate for this position is expected to be:$900 per lecture hour ($925 per lecture hour if holding a PhD)$625 per lab hour.   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
