Education, Experience, and Skill Required: · Bachelor's degree a plus · One or two years relevant experience and/or training or equivalent · Demonstrated strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to listen to the customer and articulate technical solutions in a concise and polished manner to a diverse audience · Solid reasoning abilities and problem-solving skills · High level of comfort and effectiveness when talking to a broad range of influencers and decision-makers within an organization. · Strong organizational skills · Team and service oriented · Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet experience · Ability to type 40+ WPM · Experience with website or graphics design is a plus · Experience with social media and blogs · Seasonal overtime required We are looking for someone with the skills to support our existing application and encourage our current users to enjoy more success by using additional features and tools.
