DistributorCentral (an e-commerce division of TradeNet Publishing) is the #1 online software in the Promotional Products industry and we are currently seeking an experienced sales and support professional. The selected candidate will serve as a liaison between customers and our internal marketing, sales, and development teams. This person will provide support to our customers and assist with marketing and sales efforts in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. Essential Functions: ·         Apply phone and web-based customer service, support, and marketing skills to inbound and outbound calls/emails ·         Listen and respond to customer inquiries regarding technical questions, marketing inquiries, and other requests ·         Assist in the creation and editing of marketing material (print, email, website, blog, social media) ·         Travel to client sites to discuss software solutions, sales opportunities, and to train staff on new features ·         Travel to industry tradeshows, conduct training, and attend events.   Position Requirements   Education, Experience, and Skill Required: ·         Bachelor's degree a plus ·         One or two years relevant experience and/or training or equivalent ·         Demonstrated strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to listen to the customer and articulate technical solutions in a concise and polished manner to a diverse audience ·         Solid reasoning abilities and problem-solving skills ·         High level of comfort and effectiveness when talking to a broad range of influencers and decision-makers within an organization. ·         Strong organizational skills ·         Team and service oriented ·         Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet experience ·         Ability to type 40+ WPM ·         Experience with website or graphics design is a plus ·         Experience with social media and blogs ·         Seasonal overtime required We are looking for someone with the skills to support our existing application and encourage our current users to enjoy more success by using additional features and tools.  Bring your ability to see the big picture and understand how your work fits into our overall strategy.  If you are customer-service oriented, have the ability to motivate others and meet the minimum qualification listed above please click below to complete an online application.   Shift   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Location DistributorCentral   About the Organization Being part of TradeNet Publishing's family means representing an award-winning manufacturing and printing company in the promotional products industry.
