Minerva Dairy
For more than 130 Years, the Minerva Dairy Family has perfected the ability to create unique ingredient cheeses and premium retail butter. Currently owned and operated by the 4th & 5th generations and training the 6th generation.
4th Generation: Phil Mueller
From 1976-2010, Phil ran the Minerva Dairy accomplishing growth and creation of niche recipes. The recipes Phil created for cheese are still used today by our niche customers. Placing Minerva Dairy as THE choice producer that delivers ingredient cheese performance.
5th Generation: Adam Mueller and Venae Watts
The current owners, Venae and Adam, grew up in the business, obsessing over butter and cheese, like the 4 generations before them. While they have put their own spin on things, the process of making butter and cheese hasn't changed. Likewise, they have set the business up for success by raising 12 members of the 6th generation.
Our Vision
As the oldest family-owned creamery in the country, we put our passion and expertise towards continuously sustaining and growing value for our customers, partners, and employees.
