Welcome to the "What's Next District.” The Ambassador role at AREA15 goes beyond the ordinary. Ambassadors are here to surpass expectations, foster human connections, and guide visitors on an extraordinary journey. As integral members of our Customer Experience team, Ambassadors embody the spirit of AREA15, reflecting qualities like authenticity, engagement, visionary thinking, and radiating positive energy while providing valuable information. Ambassadors are the initial point of contact for both physical and digital visitors. Their primary responsibilities include warmly welcoming visitors, addressing their needs and questions, and delivering top-tier customer service. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that our guests relish a memorable experience. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Promote AREA15 and its services by distributing brand product samples, brochures, flyers, etc., during various events and in support of on-site ticket sales. Represent and coordinate AREA15 at on-site community and traffic-driving events, as well as other designated occasions. Provide digital customer service support by responding to inquiries and requests via email and online messaging, assisting visitors with on-site sales and ticket changes. Assist the Marketing team in monitoring and updating information on the website and other digital outlets to ensure real-time and consistent messaging. Report on demonstration-related information, including interest levels, questions asked, and the distribution of samples/flyers. Collaborate with Customer Experience team members, managers, operations, and marketing teams to enhance visitor engagement. Participate in social media activities, such as video/photoshoots and content creation, to support social media teams. Exhibit ART! (AREA15's service standards) at all times. Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance, adhering to AREA15 standards. Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Must be able to work in a dynamic environment with varying levels of sound, crowds, and smoke/haze. Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift. Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred: Customer service experience. Able to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
