Schedule: Full-Time
- Monday-Friday with Flexibility: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., or 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., or 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
What You Will be Doing
We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be providing daily supervision and direction to the operations of the Boundless ICF and MSY homes in Central Ohio.
Required Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or at least four years of full-time paid work experience as a supervisor of programs or services for individuals with developmental disabilities
- At least one year of full-time, paid work experience in the provision of services to individuals with developmental disabilities which includes responsibility for the following functions: personnel matters, supervision of employees, program services, and financial management
- Excellent computer skills – including spreadsheets and word processing tools – and ability to learn new programs expeditiously
Preferred Education/Qualifications
- 10 or more years of experience as a supervisor of programs or services for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience with Advisor software
