As a Picking Team Member, you will play a crucial role in accurately selecting and preparing merchandise for transport, contributing to the efficiency and success of our warehouse operations Key Responsibilities: Accurately locate merchandise within the warehouse based on labels and order tickets. Assist in verifying material and quantities to ensure precision and order accuracy. Select items from shelves and appropriately prepare them for transport. Execute additional assigned duties, including loading, unloading, and receiving tasks as required. Demonstrated ability to maintain organized product separation and rotation practices. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting operational deadlines. Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, carry, and climb for extended periods as well as push and pull carts when necessary. Basic literacy in reading, writing, and counting. Keen attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in tasks. Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment while adhering to all posted safety rules. Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background check, and health and physical evaluation.
