Share Email Opening Title Inventory Supervisor - Wink TX  Description Position Summary The Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day activities and administration of Pilot Water Solutions inventory items and warehouse locations. The position is based in Wink, Texas and the Felix Yard location. Salary commensurate with experience. The position reports to the Procurement Director. Pilot Water Solutions (“PWS”) is the most reliable name in water midstream. PWS is a full service, full life cycle water midstream company with assets across the Permian, Eagle Ford, Rockies, Haynesville, and Appalachia. With strategically located assets in the core of its basins, Pilot Water Solutions is positioned to meet the needs of its customers with best-in-class service and reliability.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assign labor to complete daily distribution operational tasks including receiving, picking, shipping, cycle counting, special projects, general housekeeping, and any other duties. Use the warehouse management system (NetSuite) to monitor and administrate daily workload. Administer training program to ensure that all warehouse associates (a) are trained on the current procedures, and (b) all warehouse associates’ certifications are valid. Audit picked product to ensure quality and accuracy. Track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics. Maintain a positive working relationship with the Capital Project and Operations group, and proactively resolve any issues that arise. Operate various types of warehouse equipment during daily activities. Communicate to Procurement Director issues and concerns as they arise. Various administrative tasks associated with distribution operations. Investigate and resolve inventory issues arising from cycle count activities, warehouse damage, or from suppliers. Travel to supplier locations to count and receive drop shipments. Participates in other assigned duties and projects based on business needs.   Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory role Basic understanding of type of pipe, valve, fittings Customer service skills with the ability to collaborate with a variety of work styles. Able to effectively communicate with all levels of organization. Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment where change is a constant. Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Professional, tactful, and discrete when handling sensitive and confidential information. Ethical and takes pride and ownership in their work. Able to travel the Wink location and the Felix location needed. Must have a valid driver's license and be deemed insurable by the Company's insurance provider throughout employment to be able to drive a Company vehicle.   Preferred Qualifications Continuous process improvement driven. Organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent work habits and attendance records. Knowledge of oil and gas services industry would be an asset. Good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of NetSuite   Equipment Used Forklift operations. Inventory ladder. Warehouse and material handling equipment Computer Multi-purpose copier/printer Company Vehicle Physical Requirements Standard office environment. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to drive a vehicle.
