Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Material Handler - Wink TX  Description Position Summary The Material Handler will be responsible for handling and moving merchandise around the premises. Material handler duties also include managing the shipping and receiving of materials within a facility.The position is based in in Wink Texas and the Felix Yard location. Salary commensurate with experience. The position reports to the Inventory Supervisor. Pilot Water Solutions (“PWS”) is the most reliable name in water midstream. With strategically located assets in the core of its basins, Pilot Water Solutions is positioned to meet the needs of its customers with best-in-class service and reliability.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities Use the warehouse management system (NetSuite) to perform picking duties to fill internal customer demand. Audit picked product to ensure quality and accuracy. Pack orders following internal processes and procedures to ensure zero non-conformities upon delivery. Load outbound shipments in accordance with all internal processes and procedures. Operate various types of warehouse equipment in the course of daily activities. Assist with investigating and correction any discrepancies as they arise. Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance of warehouse. Audit and receive incoming product per internal receiving processes and procedures. Communicate to supervisor/manager on issues and concerns as they arise. Load and offload all incoming/outgoing shipments. Load/Block/Brace and/or heat shrink product for shipment. Track and report activities performed during the workday as required by supervisor/manager. Perform cycle counts and assist with the resolution of inventory issues. Other relative duties as assigned by supervisor/manager. Participates in other assigned duties and projects based on business needs   Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years of age. Strong customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills to identify and understand issues. Able to effectively communicate with all levels of organization. Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment where change is a constant. Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Professional, tactful, and discrete when handling sensitive and confidential information. Able to travel from Wink location and the Felix Man Map location as needed. Must have a valid driver's license and be deemed insurable by the Company's insurance provider throughout employment to be able to drive a Company vehicle.   Preferred Qualifications Forklift operation experience/ certification 1 years of experience in warehouse or inventory position Knowledge of NetSuite – Preferred   Equipment Used Forklift Inventory ladder. Warehouse and material handling equipment Computer Multi-purpose copier/printer Standard office supplies Company vehicle Physical Requirements Standard office environment. Must be able to drive, stand, walk, sit, talk, or hear when performing job duties. Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time and through critical weather conditions and rural terrain.
