We are looking for a tenured Chief Financial Officer to join our team in Cleveland! As CFO, the primary responsibilities will be financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, company audits, compliance, and maintaining bank relationships. This position will collaborate with the President and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations. (This candidate will be required to work in person).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the President.
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts.
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions.
- Manage relationships with banks.
- Support acquisition strategy and implementation.
- Exercise independent judgement over all accounting processes including determining available cash to pay bills and process payments to vendors.
- Maintain all corporate policies relating to financial matters.
- Collect and analyze corporate financial data to provide management with internal reports.
- Provide special reporting and analysis of financial information to management.
- Manage accounting and administrative staff that reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer which includes providing specific job duties and direction, monitoring performance of job duties and providing evaluations.
- Provide back up support to the HR Manager.
- Participate in weekly level 10’s and the EOS process.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the President.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in an inside office environment with average office noise levels. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is a largely sedentary role. The ability to lift files, stand, bend, stoop, and walk is required. Requires ability to use a keyboard, monitor, and phone. Requires ability to communicate verbally and electronically with others.
