Job Title: National Projects Coordinator

Job Summary: The National Projects Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating activities that occur after a sale is made with our largest company account. This is a customer interfacing role and this person will work closely with the team who manages our largest national account. The responsibilities will evolve as the account continues to grow and may include; order fulfillment, delivery coordination, customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-purchase. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order Processing: Confirm incoming orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are captured and entered into the crm system sales force.
  2. Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with vendor locations and the delivery team to ensure that delivery dates are convenient for the client. Address any delivery issues or delays proactively.
  3. Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sales inquiries and support requests. Address customer concerns, answer questions, and provide assistance to ensure a positive experience.
  4. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any post-sales issues or discrepancies, such as billing errors, or delivery delays. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of post-sales activities in Sales force CRM including order status, paperwork, billing, delivery information, and customer interactions. Generate reports on key performance metrics related to post-sales processes.
  6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their post-purchase experience. Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT set up team and other departments to ensure seamless handoff and communication throughout the post-sales process. Share insights and feedback to improve overall customer experience.
  8. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline post-sales processes and improve efficiency. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience in a customer service, logistics or sales support role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
  4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office suite, intermediate Excel proficiency, and experience with Sales force CRM software or order management systems.
  6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.

Working Conditions: The role typically operates in an office environment, although some remote work may be possible. This position supports clients nationwide. Preferred working hours are M-F 7-4.

Compensation: This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, pto, paid holidays, 401k with a company match plus an amazing culture and opportunities for team events, volunteer events and social gatherings. We offer a salary plus bonus incentive based compensation. $60,000-$75,000.
