Provide therapeutic support to students eligible for Emotional Disturbance and Other Health Impairments. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, skills development, and case management. Lead individual counseling sessions based on students' Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Plan and facilitate social and emotional skill acquisition courses. Facilitate small therapeutic groups. Develop and monitor social, emotional, and behavioral IEP goals. Teach and reinforce appropriate positive behaviors. Connect students in crisis with outside resources when necessary. Collaborate with educators to develop and implement Positive Behavior Supports. Provide coaching to teachers on effective behavioral support interventions. Communicate effectively with families and outside service providers. Complete other assigned tasks.   Position Requirements PA LSW or LCSW with experience in therapy, particularly with students with disabilities and Emotional Support needs. Preferably experienced in classroom leadership, effective management strategies, and data collection. Knowledge of behavioral assessments and support plans.
