The Bellevue Club Fitness Department is looking for qualified Barre Instructors to lead regularly scheduled weekday morning Barre classes.
The successful candidate should have the following experience and qualifications:
Must possess a Group Exercise and/or Barre Instructor certification.
Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification.
Strong ability to coach, motivate, and lead participants in an energizing group setting.
Plan and teach fun, effective, and safe workouts to our members.
Must be able to provide modifications and modify intensity for all fitness levels.
Ensure safety of participants regarding proper form, exercise technique, and heart rate training.
Ability to create a high-energy, and positive environment.
Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing to connect with members and create a strong community.
Must be well-versed in basic anatomy, kinesiology, contraindicated exercises, and exercise modifications & progressions for a variety of populations.
Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education.
