What does a Production Supervisor do at Falcon? In this role, you will supervise and coordinate overall daily activities in the Production Area which includes employees, material and auxiliary equipment. Assure effective utilization of employees, material and equipment through administrative, employee relations, training, safety, and excellent verbal and written communication techniques.
Skills needed for this role: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Core Hours: 3rd shift ( 12:00 AM-8:00 AM Monday-Friday)
