What You Will Be Doing
We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and execution of the operations in the center-based program, providing educational and behavioral health services, and utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis to support individuals diagnosed with autism, intellectual disabilities, and mental health diagnoses. Working with clients, parents/guardians, staff, and community partners, the Clinic Director facilitates quality care and addresses barriers. Additional responsibilities include the managing and training of Behavior Specialist/Analysts and Clinic Coordinators, and overseeing the training of the Behavioral Team. This position will ensure the provision of high-quality services that are delivered in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with company's mission, vision, and values. This position is responsible for ensuring that the emotional and social needs of the clients are met and maintained on an individualized basis in accordance with policies and procedures, and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. This is a full-time, salaried position.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field required.
- BCBA certification preferred.
Experience:
- Two or more years working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
- Three or more years of experience in the provision of educational or behavioral health services to individuals with co-occurring diagnoses of intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism, and behavioral health issues.
- Preferably, a minimum of two years of supervisory and management experience in the human service or healthcare industry which includes responsibility for the following functions: performance management, supervision of employees, program services, and financial management.
- Working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations for services for education, behavioral health, intellectual/developmental disability, and autism.
- Experience with compliance and quality initiatives preferred.
- Experience with a variety of funding sources.
