What You'll Do:

  • Generate Quality Lead Responses: Utilize a variety of methods to attract and engage the best clients in the world.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Experiences: We value you and in turn we ask that you value each and everyone of our clients. Listen closely, respond immediately and pay close attention to the details. Guide customers through the car-buying journey, from test drives to financing applications, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay ahead of the curve with up-to-date knowledge of our automotive offerings, empowering you to educate and assist customers effectively.
 
Position Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
  • Knowledge of the English language, spelling, grammar, punctuation and numbering systems
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft software products
  • Knowledge of basic math
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle and background check

Hours: Varies and includes Saturdays (off days are Sundays and one day during the week)
