As a Registered Nurse in Behavioral Health, you will provide immediate medical assessment, guidance, and education to patients who expierence mental health challenges or substance abuse issues.
This critical role will make an impact on the communities we serve by meeting urgent medical needs throughout the Quad Cities and surrounding areas.
Salary for this role starts at $30/hr.
In this key position you will use a variety of skills-
Critical Thinking – understanding and making clinical judgement on urgent health needs
Effective Communication - Be the liaison between family, providers, hospitals and agencies
Collaboration - Identify resources needs assessment for patients in our communities
Social Determinants of Health - Identify and address psychosocial, cultural, ethnic, and religious/spiritual needs of patients and their families
Qualified Candidates possess-
- Compassion, tenacity, and an eagerness to go the extra mile to improve the health of our community.
- Current RN licensed in Iowa and Illinois, BSN preferred.
- Minimum of 2 year experience with direct clinical and/or managed care experience
- Prefer Behaviorial Health background and/or Medication Assisted Treatment background
