Customer Advocate 


Description

 

he Customer Advocate acts as the single point of contact for the post-sales business relationship between mindSHIFT and our customers, primarily by:

  • Active participation in maintaining the data integrity of account information stored in CRM, SharePoint or other internal systems.   Participate as requested or required in Audits of customer information.
  • Managing proactive projects by interfacing with customers and various operational groups within mindSHIFT. 
  • Ensuring accurate order entry. 
  • Managing scheduled proactive communications with customers regarding the services delivered by mindSHIFT as well as new offerings. 
  • Coordinating follow through of reactive complex problem resolution by interfacing with customers and various operational groups within mindSHIFT.
  • Supporting operational groups when handling major service escalations.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Expand the relationship between mindSHIFT and our customers through organic growth and new service offerings.
  • Support contract renewals.
  • Answer customer billing questions.
 

Position Requirements

 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  Knowledge of Microsoft CRM is a plus.
  • 4 Year college degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years customer relationship management background.
  • Able to work with and manage tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in information technology.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and internal operations groups in the context of the dynamic and complex Information Technology Services industry.
  • A positive attitude with the flexibility needed to thrive while working at a small company that is constantly growing and changing.
