The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing family dynamics, conducting interviews, and preparing detailed reports following state regulations and agency policies.   Position Requirements DE LSW or LCSW with experience in child welfare, adoption, or foster care services. Strong assessment and interviewing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
