Conduct behavioral health assessments for Specialty Court participants. Build strong relationships with legal teams and apply for funding for individual treatment needs. Emergency evaluations are required. Cross-train colleagues, testify in court occasionally and maintain positive relationships with providers. Enter data accurately into databases and adhere to evaluation protocols.   Position Requirements BSW is required with significant experience in substance abuse and mental health. Knowledge of DSM-V essential. Recovery-informed communication skills and the ability to de-escalate and redirect are required.
