The Case Manager will work directly with individuals court-mandated for treatment services, with oversight from the Adult Probation and Parole departments. Your responsibilities will include providing case management services to chemically dependent forensic populations, ensuring services are documented according to specified requirements, and maintaining service productivity goals. Participate in team meetings, collaborate with probation/parole and other agencies, and assist individuals in accessing recovery support services. Field work for offsite appointments and meetings will comprise approximately 80% of your work week.   Position Requirements BSW and at least one year of direct participant contact in addiction recovery, mental health, or behavioral health settings. Experience in direct case management with chemically dependent criminal justice populations is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.   This position is currently accepting applications.
