Seeking a dedicated Rotating Case Manager/Evaluator to provide case management and behavioral health screening services for participants in the Accelerated Misdemeanor Program (AMP) and other court programs. Responsibilities include conducting case management for chemically dependent program participants, administering social determinants of health/behavioral health screenings, attending court hearings, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with court personnel and behavioral health providers.   Position Requirements BSW and ASAM certification, and a minimum of two years of professional experience in the criminal justice system. Experience with assessment/evaluation and case management for chemically dependent populations is preferred.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
