We serve all people, regardless of income or insurance status.  Affinity Health Center seeks an Electronic Health Record Specialist to collaborate with health center staff to develop and implement efficient and effective processes utilizing the electronic health record to ensure high-quality care for Affinity patients. The Electronic Health Record Specialist is responsible for setting up system users, educating users on system wide changes, training super users, and troubleshooting system challenges. In consultation with clinicians and Billing Staff, responsible for building and maintaining Electronic Health Record templates for the organization; monitors templates for alteration that may include reporting, quality measures, and/or coding. Participates in organization-wide Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives.
