Description

Advanced C4 Solutions, a subsidary of Hui Huliau is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to join our team. The Project Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) by assisting with administrative tasks and essential supporting activities. This role will be instrumental in keeping projects on track and ensuring that all team members have the necessary resources and information to move forward effectively.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Make phone calls (or Teams calls)
  • Keep track of budgets and project expenditures
  • Help set up project meetings.
  • Handle the minute-taking at meetings.
  • Organize meetings.
  • Assist with planning.
  • Keep the project calendar up to date.
  • Administrative duties
  • Track projects.
  • Offer suggestions to improve efficiencies.
  • Maintain compliance regulations.

 

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or administration.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).

Position Requirements

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, and other office equipment.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting or carrying of lightweight items such as documents or laptop.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setting with access to a quiet and dedicated workspace.
  • Reliable internet connection to facilitate virtual meetings and tasks.

 

Work Environment:

  • Office computers and equipment, telephones, radios, Microsoft Office suite of tools, Web Based Applications such as Procore, electronic spreadsheets and database analysis, outputs, and reporting, virtual data sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and other forms of remote work-sharing tools.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, and work at a computer for long periods of time. Ability up to lift 25lbs on occasion, stretching, climbing stairs, and walking.
