Description

Answer customer phone calls and emails, process mail including processing deposits; make and send welcome kits for new accounts; set up new accounts; order debit cards; order checks; process address changes and all incoming faxes; file customer information and requests; assist customers with online products.

 
Position Requirements

High school diploma or GED, basic banking knowledge,experience preferred but not required, basic computer skills, detail oriented, team player, and knowledge in all areas of customer service including phone skills.
