Description

Provide solution planning, design, development, administration and operational support for the entire M365 productivity and collaboration platform, including SharePoint, Teams and the Power Platform. This position operates in a highly collaborative and consultative manner with business stakeholders, to discover and validate requirements and deliver relevant solutions that leverage platform capabilities and align the NIOA Groups strategic objectives.

 

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide best practice guidance and governance that enables disciplined management of information.
  • Design, build and maintain a robust information architecture, including maintaining the Content Hub and Term store.
  • Monitor and research current and emerging M365 technologies, and identify and promote innovation opportunities that deliver business benefit.
  • Investigate opportunities to streamline and automate business and technical processes.
  • Design, build and maintain Power Apps/Power Automate workflows and solutions.
  • Provide proactive day to day administration and maintenance of the M365 environment, including managing access and permissions.
  • Prepare and conduct audits across the M365 environment, including the Intranet, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate etc to ensure relevance, accuracy and security is maintained.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years’ hands-on experience administering M365 at an enterprise level, including Intranet development, ideally in a global organization.
  • 3+ years’ experience developing M365 applications including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Automate, to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure and security concepts and technologies.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Maintain valid driver’s license.
  • Maintain eligibility to work with firearms under state and federal guidelines.
  • Relevant Microsoft Certifications.
