Assists with curriculum and ration in exercise room. MONDAY-FRIDAY, 7:00AM-3:00PM ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Provide leisure opportunities and education to enhance various skill areas to clients attending adult development center. 2. Research, develop plans, and present Community Experience/Special Olympics related activities. 3. Assist with writing and implementing a curriculum for the exercise room that coordinates with Special Olympics. 4. Present in the exercise room for ratio. 5. Prepare requisitions, bids, and written explanations and submit to supervisor for needed supplies and equipment. 6. Attend all training as required by Pathfinder. 7. Will work in a cooperative team spirit with all Pathfinder Inc. departments, staff, individuals served, and families. 8. Keeps up with all supplies, inventory, and equipment for Special Olympics. 9. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.   Position Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Current Arkansas drivers license, auto liability insurance and registration.
