Establish and maintain trusting and professional relationships with referring parties. 2. Work closely with the Treatment Specialist, Executive Director, Clinical Director, and the Nursing Department to assist with admitting clients. 3. Maintain an updated client and referral list and report the information to the supervisor. 4. Engage with referring parties in a professional and collaborative manner to understand referring parties’ needs, being aware that many referring parties call in an effort to transfer clients to other programs or seek additional help for clients in need of multiple services. 5. Participate with co-workers to identify and remedy any barriers to clients receiving services. 6. Be fully aware of all facility programs, their eligibility requirements, competencies and strengths. 7. Track referrals on a daily basis and provide weekly and monthly reports to appropriate facility staff/departments. 8. Follow up with referral leads who have not successfully connected to services. 9. Performs other duties and tasks as required.
