What You Will be Doing
We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The ideal candidate will function as an administrative, technical, and operational liaison and resource. The BA supports the Health Information and Analytics (HIA) team projects and daily tasks by engaging with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align and prioritize projects according to business needs. The BA will lead strategic initiatives for process optimization, leveraging advanced data analytics for decision-making, and tracking the effectiveness of improvement programs. The role involves performing detailed analysis of business processes, documenting and communicating findings, and managing a variety of projects from inception to completion.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Education:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent and a minimum experience of at least 2 years in business analysis and project management, preferably in a healthcare setting; or
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or related field.
- Knowledge and experience with various software systems including Microsoft Office Products including high proficiency in Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Some knowledge of data analytic software including, but not limited to, Power BI and Sisense or similar analytics tool.
Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Education:
- Master’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or related field.
- One to two years’ experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
