Blend the values and strategic needs of the organization to strengthen the team and create a positive employee experience. Manage all department leaders including directing work, managing performance and discipline issues, etc Facilitate cross-functional communication Identification and execution of continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization Develop and analyze various tools and reports that provide action data to the Management Team Identify and advocate for opportunities to improve employee experience, including building partnerships for initiatives supported by local government and non-for-profits. Perform other duties as assigned   Position Requirements 7-10 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Office, email composition and other communication/collaborative tools.
