All positions offer a quality work environment, employee meals during the season, 401k matching, and a season-ending bonus.   Description Provide retail service, food & beverage service light food preparation in a fast-paced environment. Provide exceptional customer service to Members and guests while working as a part of a team. The Market Attendant will uphold the Mission of Mountain Air Country Club and exhibit our Values. This position is seasonal, May through October, and you must be available to work weekends and holidays. Pay is $13 to $15 per hour, depending upon experience. JOB TASKS (DUTIES) Performs pre-and post-work shift duties. Provides immediate attention to all Members and guests. Handles all credit card and Member charges as prescribed by standard operating procedures. Advises supervisor of complaints as they occur. Answer phones and accurately take order. Attends staff meetings as required. Assists with the production and service of food and beverage service of the best quality in accordance with the menu. Provides retail sales services to members and guests. Using suggestive selling techniques, suggests complementing sale items. Maintains cleanliness of service equipment, production, storeroom, service and other areas. Provides adequate display of garnishes and condiments on “self-serve” basis. Provides adequate restocking of supplies and merchandising. Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire and other laws and requirements. Consistently complies with all state, local and club laws and policies relating to the service of alcohol.
