Share Email Opening Title Janitorial / Maintenance  Description The Janitor/Maintenance Attendant plays an integral part in helping us keep our clubs looking shiny and new. Working with Club Leadership, the Janitor works to ensure that the club facility is kept clean, safe and sanitary.   Position Requirements Expectations Maintain cleanliness and organization on the interior of the club Maintain cleanliness on the immediate exterior of the club Assist with service to the members and guests, when required Daily completion of any itemized checklist of cleaning responsibilities as set forth by the general manager Maintain friendly and helpful attitude to all club staff, members and guests Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards Facilitate member requests or forward to a manager Remain aware of club facility concerns including downed/broken equipment and building issues Assist in all projects as delegated by club management Follow all policies and procedures in Team Member Handbook Any additional tasks/projects as requested by management Requirements Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification Experience working with children Certifications, as local/state laws require Physical Requirements Lift 30 lbs. on occasion Stand, bend and squat with frequency Push and pull cleaning/maintenance equipment as needed   Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time   Location Lincoln   About the Organization Fitness Ventures LLC is a development company, owning CRUNCH Fitness franchise locations and territories throughout the United States that are hugely successful and provide the communities they serve with all of the amenities of a much more expensive club-and a warm friendly environment that is hard to find in the majority of fitness clubs in North America.
