Responsibilities Include: Backup coverage when office personnel are absent in Elgin and Spalding feedlots. Setting up, cleaning, and organizing kitchen at Elgin and Spalding feedlots. Plans menu for month at Elgin feedlot. Prepares meals and packages to-go orders at Elgin and/or Spalding feedlots. Conducts daily town errand runs. Clean designated building areas and maintaining supplies (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash, restroom cleaning, etc.). Stock vending in Elgin and Spalding feedlots. Stepping in to provide administrative support such as running scale, answering phones, and other office duties as needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving. Adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities with ease. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software such as Outlook and Microsoft Office.
