Data Dynamo: Are you a wizard with data, transforming raw numbers into actionable insights? In this role, you'll be the guardian of our database, overseeing data integrity and security with meticulous attention to detail. From generating reports to analyzing trends, your insights will empower decision-making at every level of the organization.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and maintaining our ERP system to ensure optimal performance and reliability, including but not limited to user access, security settings, and system configurations.
  • Customizing and configuring the system to meet the specific needs of our manufacturing operations.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Training employees on ERP system usage and best practices to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and configuration details.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations in coordination with business teams.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for system integrations, upgrades, and support as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in ERP technologies to recommend improvements and optimizations.
  • Data entry, Inventory management, and any other duties as assigned.

Sidump'r employees are committed to providing our customers with the best quality trailer and superior customer service. Niewohner Brothers purchased Sidump'r in 2010 and relocated operations to a 350,000 square foot factory in Columbus NE due to a growing product line.

 
Position Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with ERP systems administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Preferred experience with Global Shop.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Proficiency in system administration, configuration, and customization of ERP modules.
  • Experience in troubleshooting system issues and providing technical support to end-users.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in relevant ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in drafting software (ex. AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to create detailed technical drawings and documentation (preferred).

About the Organization Niewohner Entities is all about caring for animals and the land. This has been a family tradition that has been handed down from generation to generation. Starting off as a farm and cattle operation near Albion, Nebraska, Niewohner Entities has grown to 3 cattle feedlots, as well as farrow to finish swine confinement. Other divisions include The Batch Box, SiDump'r, Feeding System, Beaver Bearing, and Upper Iowa Beef.

SIDUMP'R was purchased in 2010. Niewohner's had been using a fleet of Sidump'r trailers in their operation and firmly believed in the quality and the value of the brand. With a growing product line, came the relocation to its current facility in Columbus, NE. The expansion to a 350,000 square foot factory has allowed for state-of-art manufacturing equipment to be installed and utilized.

Upper Iowa Beef is a story about a community that came together because it believes we all have the right to know our farmers and know our food. We believe in providing humane care for our animals, respecting the farmers who raise our cattle, and providing transparent information to the families who will enjoy our beef at their dinner table.
