Comes with great benefits! As Home Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities for one or more homes, ensuring that individuals receiving services are properly cared for. Manage daily activities, budgets, and schedules for one or more homes and designated individuals Manage and directly supervise staff including performance evaluations, hiring, scheduling, orientation, ongoing support, and training Maintain census and maximize utilization and occupancy percentages within programs Ensure safety and workers' compensation initiatives are followed Maintain and foster relationships with individuals receiving services, families, and guardians; implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans as appropriate Implement program plans for individuals receiving services and submit timely incident reports as appropriate, providing individual corrective action Maintain and foster relationships with case managers and referral agents; lobby on behalf of individuals supported as appropriate Develop, implement, revise, and monitor data collection and Individual Program Plans for individual training programs; maintain records for individuals served; complete monthly data summaries and make revisions as needed Implement safety plans and coordinate scheduling for supported individuals; ensure that individuals are receiving appropriate health and medication management; coordinate activities and appointments; assist in the management of youth funds Ensure homes are clean, neat, and safe, working with maintenance as appropriate Purchase program supplies and submit billing compliance documentation Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements   Position Requirements Master's degree, at least one year experience preferred and CPR/First Aid certification.   This position is currently accepting applications.
