This belief is reflected in the school’s motto, “Mind the Light.”   Description George School is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist.  This postion is responsible for diverse human resource functions, including employee recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance evaluations and other employee-related tasks. The Generalist is also responsible for creating, updating, and applying HR policies and guidelines in coordination with the Human Resources Director.   Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required. 5+ years’ experience in human resources. Effective oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude. Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
