Description

George School is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist.  This postion is responsible for diverse human resource functions, including employee recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance evaluations and other employee-related tasks. The Generalist is also responsible for creating, updating, and applying HR policies and guidelines in coordination with the Human Resources Director.

 
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in human resources.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft products and a willingness to explore maximizing database efficiencies.
