When we enter a new market, our Pre-Sale Brand Ambassadors work within the community to build excitement and interest in the upcoming club opening. By partnering with local businesses and canvassing the surrounding area the Pre-Sale Ambassador team will work towards generating new member leads while being a prime example of the Crunch Fitness brand.   Position Requirements <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> </p><ul> <li>Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile</li> <li>Promote the Crunch Fitness brand to the community</li> <li>Identify potential leads and sign up new members both in the club and in the field through guerilla marketing tactics</li> <li>Represent Crunch Fitness at various community events; participate in “street team” activities (i.e. field promotions, direct lead engagement special events)</li> <li>Ensure our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the office and off-site locations</li> <li>Set the positive energy and tone for teammates and prospective members</li> <li>Participate in daily pre-opening activity planning</li> <li>Tours potential members around the club with the goal of signing up the person for a membership</li> <li>Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner</li> <li>HAVE FUN!!!</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong> </p><ul> <li>Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and personable</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>World class customer service skills</li> <li>Works hard, multi-tasks and a problem solver</li></ul>   Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time   Location Yuma   About the Organization Fitness Ventures LLC is a development company, owning CRUNCH Fitness franchise locations and territories throughout the United States that are hugely successful and provide the communities they serve with all of the amenities of a much more expensive club-and a warm friendly environment that is hard to find in the majority of fitness clubs in North America.
