Eagle Systems, Inc. is currently hiring for a full-time Dispatcher in the Cincinnati, OH market.

Full-Time Position Available Immediately!

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Ports and Railroads

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment

  • AP/AR Experience

  • Knowledge of logs related to commercial/intermodal carriers

  • Computer skills

Responsibilities:

  • Order entry

  • Safety-logs, tracking and obtaining daily/monthly required documents

  • Equipment tracking in port and rail systems

  • Customer Billing

  • Sorting, separating, and scanning paperwork for billing

  • Accuracy with Driver Pay

  • Answering phones in a pleasant and professional manner

  • Assist with customer service requests

  • Dispatching and responding to driver needs/questions

  • Assist with other office duties as needed

  • Minimal after hours phone duty with company phone for emergency situations

Compensation: Salary-depending upon experience
