POSITION TITLE: Box Office Lead
Salary range $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Position is responsible for processing ticket orders by phone, mail, and in-person, while providing superior, inclusive customer service, and assisting the Box Office Manager with other Box Office duties as assigned.
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Provide a high level of customer service to all Arts Center guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient environment.
Maintain a high level of cultural sensitivity with the ability to work with patrons of all backgrounds and abilities
Process phone and in person orders using Spektrix, a web-based CRM system.
Assist customers with purchase decisions such as performance availability, pricing, and seating recommendations. Assist and respond to patrons with information about our Theater.
Maintain current and in-depth knowledge of schedule, events, and all sellable items, and purchasing policies.
Collect complete and accurate data from customers.
Contribute to the environment of the box office by maintaining a positive attitude and genuine interest in helping others.
Provide oversight of Box Office Representatives during performances.
Maintain box office banks, prepare advanced reporting & box office statements.
Responsible for building and selling artist merchandise through clover and provide merchandise reports at the end of the shift.
