Qvale Auto Group has over 70 Years in the automotive industry, beginning in California and now owning and operating 3 dealerships in Florida.

Limited room available for Top Sales Producers. Sales Consultants will perform and be compensated on the Finance Experience with the customer leading to a Double Commission Opportunity. Canidates with proven Sales Experience will be chosen to fill the slots available in a High Volume massive potential opportunity. We do not have a finance department nor a BDC department and Sales Consultants are held accountable for the task completion of every opportunity. If making calls and setting appointments are not part of your daily process this will not be a opportunity to apply. 8 Units is a minimum acceptance that must be met to maintain employment.

The ideal candidate has previous sales experience, excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills. He or she must be self-motivated with a willingness to continuously prospect to sell a minimum quota (or more!) on an ongoing basis. This candidate will possess advanced digital and computer skills. Candidates with current Automotive Experience must show evidence of Sales and CSI performance. Duties include:

  • Volkswagen Product Knowledge is also a requirement for Sales Representatives to achieve a passing grade in the VW Academy on a Quarterly Basis.
  • Following the Sales Process - Greeting, Fact-Finding, Vehicle Presentation, Test Drive, Offer and Agreement and Delivery
  • Daily activity of phone prospecting and emails
  • Continued Education for products and processes

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies
  • Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits all other rules of the road are followed
  • Presents Sales Offers in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
  • Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
  • Maintains accurate sales documentation
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
  • Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
  • Helps educate/train new staff members
  • Helps follow up with phone and internet sales leads
  • Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned
 
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Verifiable sales performance (any industry)
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales
  • Negotiation expertise
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
