Description

Your Responsibilities
As a Strategic Protection Sales Representative, you will help new and existing customers find the right security solution plan, by receiving inbound and placing outbound calls, and conducting sales presentation in-person or virtual. Every day on the job will bring new, exciting challenges as you generate leads and close sales, identify customer needs and provide service/product solutions, and enter accurate data in CRM while speaking with customers and prospects.

People Skills: interacting and engaging with people to help us build customers for life
Communication Skills: ability to efficiently communicate Strategic Protection security plans and offerings.

Listening Skills: humble and willing to listen to people to learn their needs and find appropriate solutions.

Sales Skills: knowledge of sales and up-selling techniques (e.g. overcoming objections, closing sales, suggestive selling) to help close sales and achieve objectives.

Computer Skills: data entry skills as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows and Outlook.

Must have the ability to work Mon-Fri, and some weekends.

Must have great driving record to utilize the company vehicle.

 
Position Requirements <p>-The ideal candidate is self-motivated and works well within a team setting and/or independently.-Excellent written and communication skills are required-At least 1 year verified experience-Ability to make at least 50 calls a day-Ability to set at least 5 appointments a week for sales team-Ability to send at least 50 personalized emails a month-Experience with an auto-dialer</p><p> </p><p>Experience working with a CRM system-Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)-Google Apps (Gmail, Word, Slides, Sheets)*****Compensation: $9 based pay plus commission bonuses
