Property Management experience or Apartment Community maintenance required. Starting Pay $20 plus monthly bonus DUTIES Performing maintenance requests to include A/C repairs, electrical repairs, appliance repairs and plumbing repairs. Replace broken windowpanes, tiles, screens, locks, outer fixtures, A/C units etc. Perform carpentry work, masonry and fencing. Maintaining proper records regarding preventive maintenance, service requests, inventories and perform scheduled maintenance as recommended. Assist in grounds maintenance.
