Email Opening Title Delivery & Inventory Specialist  Category Aftersales   Number of Openings 1   Location Carson   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Description JOB SUMMARY: The VinFast Delivery & Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring VinFast vehicle inventory is tracked, maintained and in “ready” condition for delivery to customers. It is the Specialist’s responsibility to ensure vehicles are in pristine condition, at the right place and at the right time for customers to take delivery.   RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES: Maintain vehicle inventory in accordance with VinFast vehicle storage guidelines Track movement of vehicle inventory on/off VinFast locations Deliver vehicles to VinFast showrooms as needed Ensure vehicle quality is maintained through washing and routine inspections Perform vehicle movement entries within VinFast's Transportation Management System (TMS) Manage the communication of vehicle inventory defects, repairs and priority to service department Responsible for organizing and maintaining secure key management for vehicle inventory Support the Inventory Manager in delivery center operations, task completion and ensuring superior customer service Contribute ideas toward improving the VinFast delivery experience, as well as back-end processes and procedures Keep up with industry trends and best practices. Perform additional responsibilities as requested from the business   Position Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Experience in automotive retail, a plus Automotive finance and lease, a plus Excellent verbal and communication skills Consistent record of customer service excellence Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, service, logistics, and admin teams Dealer Management System experience, a plus Ability to work across multiple systems Strong organization and time management skills Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume A valid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record required   Open Date 4/5/2024   Req Number AFT-24-00005   About the Organization Welcome to the Future of Mobility.
