Dental Experience - Call Center Representative
Job Summary:
We are looking for an office professional with a friendly attitude and strong organizational skills to serve as call center representative. In this position, you will be reaching out to patients, scheduling, and answering any related question. The office is fast paced and requires multitasking. We offer great benefits and vacation time. Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Must be able to handle high volume inbound and/or outbound calls
- Listen to potential new or existing patients and understand the reason for their call, address all questions or guide them to the proper contact, and provide accurate and efficient responses
- Schedule appointments by obtaining all pertinent details and maintaining accuracy in data entry
- Utilize scripts and tools appropriately
- Collect the insurance information from patients if applicable and makes the proper notations on the schedule
- Diffuse difficult calls or seek assistance when necessary
- Offers marketing promotions and educates the appropriate callers on our in-house discount program.
- Ability to document issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
* Must be Bilingual Spanish*
- 1-2 years dental experience preferred
- Associates Degree preferred
- Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with your co-workers and patients
- Driven personality to want to strive to be the best in your profession and provide the best care for our patients.
