Description

The Maintenance Team Member Level 2 position will be an integral part of our Maintenance Team, responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be involved in the upkeep of the building and its systems, as well as assisting with the repair and maintenance of industrial equipment.  Pay range for this position is $ 18 to $ 22 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of the facility, including but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural repairs.
  • Assist in the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to identify and address any potential issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Team to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and materials used. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Assist in the training and guidance of other members of the Maintenance Team.
  • Work closely with the maintenance manager to prioritize and plan maintenance activities.

 

 
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment a plus.
  • Proficient in various maintenance disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
  • Experience in repairing and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
