Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Customer Service Floor Support Clerk   Description Woodlands Market, Marin and San Francisco's premier gourmet grocery store, has an opening for a Customer Service Floor Support Clerk! Reporting to the front-end management, the Customer Service Clerk will primarily be responsible for ensuring personalized service is provided to customers on the sales floor while replenishing the store throughout the shift. Customer service should take precedence over tasks. You should always be aware of customers in your area and continually offering assistance regarding questions about products and/or location within the store. Keep the beverage aisle full, stocked and rotated. Keep dairy fully stocked and rotated. Facing grocery aisles throughout the store and work deliveries to shelves as needed. Have knowledge of or ability to acquire basic knowledge in specialty departments such as wine, cheese, coffee, and bakery to offer personalized service as needed. Assist front end bagging and/or checking periodically when customer flow warrants. Must genuinely enjoy interacting with customers and giving exceptional customer service. Must be organized and have a sense of urgency. Must have product knowledge pertaining to types of products we carry and the ability to communicate that knowledge to customers. Able to prioritize work and handle multiple concurrent tasks. Must have a passion for food and gourmet grocery items. Ability to work mid-shifts (11am-730pm) including weekends.
