At the same time, the student shall receive instruction that will lead to the formulation of spiritual and positive values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline and self-confidence.     Position Requirements Exhibit a consistent Christian testimony (Galatians 5:22-23) Personal Relationship with Jesus Christ (John 3, Ephesians 2:8-9) Participates in a local Bible-believing church Ability to apply Biblical solutions to problems Possesses excellent knowledge of fundamentals and strategies for specific sport Personal integrity and self-motivation in the fulfillment of WCA mission Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people Experience in the specific sport preferred, but not required Ability and desire to work collaboratively Valid Driver’s License (CDL is not required) Valid CPR and First Aid Certifications or ability to obtain upon hire Energetic leader Knowledge of WCA athletic policies and procedures Ability to communicate professionally Ability to have a Christ-like attitude with pressure situations Speaks, reads, and writes English fluently   Location Main Campus   Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt   Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time   EOE Statement Wake Christian Academy does not discriminate, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, gender, genetic testing, protected veteran status or military status, citizenship, disability, national or ethnic origin   This position is currently accepting applications.
