All positions offer a quality work environment, employee meals during the season, 401k matching, and a season-ending bonus.   Description Mountain Air Country Club’s Spa Tohi is looking for an experienced Nail Technician that is available for part-time and/or full-time hours,  weekday and weekend shifts. The technician must render manicure and pedicure services, maintain a professional appearance, and be dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The pay rate is a generous $25/hour with 30% commission,  plus 100% of tips. Provide quality professional service through technical skills, responding professionally to customer needs and promptly addressing any complaints. Have the ability to perform (5) Manicure or Pedicure services per day. Familiarity with Dazzle Dry products and their benefits is preferred. Assess and consult guests on their nail condition and provide recommendations for at-home care. Communicate effectively with Spa Manager, internal and external customers, Members, and guests. Maintain confidentiality of personal and proprietary information. Exhibit the Mountain Air Country Club Values. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools before and/or after each service. Wear a clean, pressed uniform and name tag, representing Spa Tohi and Mountain Air Country Club in a professional manner. Maintain a clean, professional work area, ensuring State Board regulations are exceeded. Proof of Nail Technician license and insurance is required.
