Your role involves installing and servicing security equipment, providing technical support, and ensuring client satisfaction. If you're a problem-solver with strong customer service skills, we want you on our team. Responsibilities: Install and service equipment at client sites, adhering to safety protocols. Test equipment and troubleshoot issues to ensure functionality. Maintain accurate records of work completed. Collaborate with teams for site repair and equipment replacement. Assist with virtual help desk support when needed.
