Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive): Serve on-site at Basic Training Installations as a key program resource to provide immediate quality assurance and corrective actions to Recruit Warrior forms and documentation to ensure timely and successful transition to training, minimal disruption, and successful completion of training. Work closely with Military counterparts, IADT DoD civilians, RSP and IADT key leaders, and Liaison Non-Commissioned Officers (LNCO) to support ARNG Recruit Warrior shippers processing and transition through training stages. Monitors Recruit Warriors in IADT; to provide status updates and identify risks to completion such as injury, illness, or loss of motivation and supports LNCO tasks to maximize Recruit Warrior Readiness and support successful completion of training. Maintain constant and open communications and collaborative professional relationships with RSP Clerks and State Task Leads at RSP Units to enable immediate identification, notification, receipt, and resolution of all Recruit Warrior shipper packets in each case of incomplete, missing, or inaccurate documents. Utilizes web-based information technology systems (VULCAN) to make notifications, notes, and corrective actions critical to a successful Recruit Warrior transition. Track, monitor, and report Shipper quality metrics at the installation level and summarize trends and common issues for resolution, training, and continued quality control improvement and minimal shipper packet issues. Remains aware of all Reception Battalion processes and changes to eligibility documentation and forms, including but not limited to enlistment documents, orders, medical records, personnel records, BAH forms, pay forms, and security documentation. Sustain an expert knowledge of Shipper Packets, checklists, applicable DoD Forms, and IADT eligibility. Qualifications: Possess or ability to obtain a favorable Tier 1 Background Investigation. Associate degree in a relevant field with 2 years of relevant professional or administrative work experience, or High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant professional and administrative work experience Demonstrated understanding of Army Recruit Warrior enlistment and Initial Active-Duty Training (IADT) processes, including Basic Combat Training Reception processes and Training transition. Demonstrated understanding and experience with military enlistment, accessions, shipper case management, and quality control of documentation required to attend IADT. Preferred: Military Recruitment, Accessions, MEPS, or IADT leadership experience and training. Bachelor's degree in human resources or other related/relevant field.
