Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive): Develop an actionable and effective program Quality Control Plan with the Corporate Quality Officer and government stakeholders. Execute the Quality Control Plan activities, including monitoring, inspections, documentation, deficiencies, risk mitigation, and updates to the plan. Report Quality Control Plan activities to the Contract Manager, COR, and Corporate Quality Officer to mitigate risk and continuously enhance overall quality to maximize training pipeline success and retention. Assess training needs at Site, State, And Regional levels to continuously enhance the team capabilities, understanding, and process improvements. Monitor training pipeline success rate at installation, Site, State, Regional, and National levels. Collaboratively analyze performance metrics with the Senior Program Data Analyst to identify training pipeline success trends, factors, and opportunities to build efficiencies and enhance success through process improvement, training, and other methods. Report training pipeline success metrics and analysis to the Contract Manager for reporting purposes. Develop and deliver regular training and strategic communications to nationwide teams on quality control processes and training pipeline management and associated RSPC, Retention, and On-Site tasks to enhance quality and training pipeline success through superior services across all workstreams. Collaboratively support the Contract Manager and other national management team assets to continuously improve the overall delivery of the nationwide support services. Cooperate and collaborate professionally with Military Cadre, Leaders, and Civilians to identify and implement innovative solutions to common RSP challenges. Operate various government-hosted RMS/RSP systems to monitor and inspect quality control and export relevant data to measure performance success. Qualifications: Possess or ability to obtain a favorable Tier 1 Background Investigation. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or related field, and a minimum of three (3) years of professional quality control experience. A minimum of one (1) year of project or program management experience, and military accessions, MEPS, recruitment or retention work experience. Familiarity with ARNG and RSP procedures, guidance, regulations, and instructions. Familiarization with ISO or other relevant quality certifications and processes. A demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint and Teams. Preferred: Graduate Level Degree in human resources, business management, or related field. Experience supporting RSP or other relevant Military recruitment and retention programs. PMP or other management or Quality credential such as Six Sigma Green.
